New Issue: Wisconsin sells $343.73 million of 2012-1 transportation revenue bonds

New York, March 21 - The State of Wisconsin priced $343,725,000 of series 2012-1 transportation revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa2//AA+) were sold through Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2032 with 2% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to current and advance refund existing transportation revenue bonds for interest rate savings and to finance state transportation facilities and major highway projects.
