Wisconsin to sell $374.73 million transportation revenue bonds Tuesday

New York, March 19 - The State of Wisconsin plans to price $374.73 million of series 2012-1 transportation revenue bonds on Tuesday, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (Aa2//AA+) will be sold through Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to both current and advance refund existing transportation revenue bonds for interest rate savings and to finance state transportation facilities and major highway projects.
