Wisconsin to sell $800 million of operating notes on July 6

New York, June 22 - The State of Wisconsin plans to price $800 million of series 2011 operating notes on July 6, said a notice of sale from the state Capital Finance Office.

The notes, which will be sold competitively, are due June 15, 2012.

Proceeds will be used to finance general cash flow needs for the state.
