New Issue: Wisconsin's $147.13 million transportation Build America Bonds yield 3.535%-5.837%

New York, Sept. 16 - The state of Wisconsin brought to market Tuesday $147.13 million in series 2009B transportation revenue Build America Bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2025 with a term bond due 2030. The serials have coupons from 3.535% to 5.437%, all priced at par. The 2030 bond has a 5.837% coupon, priced at par.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. was the senior manager.

Proceeds will be used to fund transportation improvements.
