Wisconsin plans $147 million in electric pollution control bonds

New York, Aug. 13 - Wisconsin will sell $147 million in electric pollution control refunding bonds (Aa1) on Tuesday, according to a calendar of upcoming sales.

Merrill Lynch & Co. will act as underwriter for the negotiated deal.
