S&P rates Wisconsin transportation bonds AA+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA+ rating to the state of Wisconsin's $185 million series 2008A transportation revenue bonds.

S&P also affirmed the AA+ rating on $1.3 billion of parity debt and the A-1+ rating on the state's transportation revenue commercial paper notes.
