Moody's rates Wisconsin G.O. bonds Aa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of Aa3 to the State of Wisconsin's $164.535 million of general obligation bonds of 2008, series A.

The outlook is negative.

Sale of the bonds is expected on April 15.
