Wisconsin to price $100 million clean water revenue bonds Tuesday

New York, Nov. 24 - Wisconsin is gearing up to sell its previously announced $100 million offering of series 2008-3 clean water revenue bonds on Tuesday, according to an offering calendar.

The bonds (//AA+) will be sold through lead manager Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. with co-managers M.R. Beal & Co. and Merrill Lynch & Co.

The bonds are due 2010 to 2029.

Proceeds will be used to make pledged loans to municipalities for improvements to wastewater treatment facilities.
