S&P rates Wisconsin CP A-1+

Standard & Poor's said it gave an A-1+ rating to Wisconsin's $950 million of general obligation extendible municipal commercial paper.

The rating is partly based on the state's long-term G.O. debt rating of AA- with stable outlook.

S&P said the rating does not address the likelihood of extension of the commercial paper's maturity.
