By Mary-Katherine Stinson

Lexington, Ky., March 6 – Wing Tai Holdings Ltd. established a S$1 billion multicurrency debt issuance program, according to a notice.

HSBC Ltd., Singapore Branch has been appointed as the arranger and dealer for the program.

The notes may be issued at fixed, floating, variable or hybrid rates.

The perpetual securities issued under the program may be subordinated or unsubordinated and will be offered on a Regulation S basis.

The company expects to use the net proceeds from the issue of the securities under the program for general working capital requirements and investments and to refinance its existing borrowings and for such other purposes specified in the relevant pricing supplements.

Wing Tai is a Singapore-based investment holding company. Its subsidiaries are property development and garment retailing businesses.
