Moody's: Windstream loans Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Baa3 ratings to Windstream Corp.'s proposed $300 million term loan A due 2017 and $600 million term loan B due 2019.

The outlook is stable.

The proceeds will be used to repay existing borrowings on the company's revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
