Wilson County, Tenn., readies $77.08 million sale of G.O.s for Oct. 16

New York, Oct. 5 - Wilson County, Tenn., plans to price $77,075,000 of series 2012 school and public improvement general obligation bonds on Oct. 16, according to a preliminary official statement.

The deal includes $40.15 million of series 2012A G.O. school and public improvement bonds and $36,925,000 of series 2012B G.O. county district school improvement and refunding bonds.

The bonds will be sold competitively with Stephens Inc. as the financial adviser.

Proceeds will be used to acquire land for school facilities, construct and equip new and existing school facilities, construct public facilities and refund existing debt.
