Wilmington Trust adds Winterstein to municipal fixed-income group

San Diego, April 26 - Wilmington Trust Corp. hired Stephen P. Winterstein as managing director and head of strategy in the municipal fixed-income group of the company's wealth advisory services business, according to a press release.

Winterstein brings more than 25 years of municipal fixed-income portfolio management experience to Wilmington Trust. He joins the firm after spending 12 years with PNC Capital Advisors, LLC in Philadelphia, where he founded and led a team of 15 municipal fixed-income professionals. He received his undergraduate degree from Millersville University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Lehigh University.

Winterstein is the latest addition to Wilmington Trust's municipal fixed-income group. Recent hires include Ted Mollin, Rebecca Rogers and Robert F. Collins.

Wilmington Trust is a Wilmington, Del.-based financial service holding company that provides regional banking and wealth advisory services. Its wholly owned bank subsidiary, Wilmington Trust Co., is a personal trust provider and a retail and commercial bank.
