Some Wilmington Funds make changes to portfolio management teams

San Diego, March 13 - Wilmington Funds announced it has made changes to the portfolio management teams of some of its funds, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Broad Market Bond Fund, formerly the Income Fund, has added Dominick J. D'Eramo and Randy H. Vogel. They have joined existing portfolio managers James M. Hannan and Wilmer C. Stith, III.

D'Eramo, Vogel and Hannan have joined Stith in managing the Intermediate Term Bond Fund.

The Maryland Municipal Bond Fund, New York Municipal Bond Fund, Pennsylvania Municipal Bond Fund and Virginia Municipal Bond Fund are managed by Robert F. Collins, Stephen P. Winterstein, Rebecca J. Rogers and John J. Malloy, Jr.

Hannan and Stith have joined Robert J. Truesdell in managing the Short Duration Government Bond Fund.

Hannan has joined Stith to manage the Short-Term Corporate Bond Fund.

The Strategic Allocation Moderate Fund, formerly the Strategic Allocation Fund has added Joshua A. Savadove, Allen E. Choinski and Clayton M. Albright, III. They have joined existing portfolio manager Mark J. Stevenson.

The International Fund, formerly the International Equity Fund, is managed by R. Samuel Fraundorf, George Chen, Amanda M. Cogar, Clement K. Miller and Thomas R. Pierce. The team jointly allocates the assets among the portfolio managers from each subadviser. The fund has also added additional subadvisers Acadian Asset Management LLC, Dimensional Fund Advisors LP, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, LP, Parametric Portfolio Associates LLC, Principal Global Investors LLC and Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors, Inc.

The Small Cap Growth Fund is now managed by existing managers James Thorne and Bradley A. Williams. Steven R. Crain resigned as portfolio manager of the fund, effective Feb. 3.

Wilmington Strategic Allocation Aggressive Fund and Wilmington Strategic Allocation Conservative Fund are now managed by Savadore, Choinski and Albright, who have joined Stevenson.

Savadove, Choinski and Albright have joined Stevenson in managing the Wilmington Managed Allocation Fund - Moderate Growth II.

Wilmington Funds Management Corp. and Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors, Inc., subsidiaries of Buffalo-based M&T Bank Corp., are the investment adviser and primary subadviser, respectively, of the Wilmington Funds.
