Singapore's Wilmar International sets up $5 billion MTN program

Madison, Wis., Dec. 28 - Wilmar International Ltd. established a $5 billion guaranteed medium-term note program, according to a press release.

DBS Bank Ltd. is the arranger and dealer for the program.

Proceeds from the issuance of any notes will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Singapore, Wilmar is an agribusiness company with activities in oil palm cultivation; oilseeds crushing; edible oils refining; sugar, specialty fats, oleochemicals and biodiesel manufacturing; and grains processing.
