Wilmar International buys back $25 million in convertibles due 2012

Knoxville, Tenn., April 6 - Wilmar International Ltd. said it repurchased and cancelled $25 million of its $600 million in convertible bonds due 2012 on April 6.

The company paid $23.23 million for these securities.

Wilmar is an agribusiness firm based in Singapore.
