Virginia Beach, April 16 – Willow No. 2 (Ireland) plc sold $300 million of 4.25% subordinated notes due Oct. 1, 2045 at 217.7 basis points over mid-swaps on Thursday, a market source said.
Pricing was at 99.946.
The notes are guaranteed by Zurich Insurance Group Ltd.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays are bookrunners.
