New Issue: Willow No. 2 prices $300 million 4.25% 30-year subordinated notes at 217.7 bps spread

Virginia Beach, April 16 – Willow No. 2 (Ireland) plc sold $300 million of 4.25% subordinated notes due Oct. 1, 2045 at 217.7 basis points over mid-swaps on Thursday, a market source said.

Pricing was at 99.946.

The notes are guaranteed by Zurich Insurance Group Ltd.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays are bookrunners.

The provider of financial services and insurance. It is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
