S&P: Willis Group view stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on Willis Group Holdings plc to stable from positive.

At the same time, S&P affirmed Willis Group's ratings, including the BBB- counterparty credit rating.

"The outlook revision reflects our view that the company will likely not meet our leverage and coverage expectations for upgrade during our outlook horizon," S&P credit analyst Hardeep Manku said in a news release.
