New Issue: Williamson County, Tenn., prices $83 million of G.O. improvement bonds

New York, Nov. 5 - Williamson County, Tenn., sold $83 million of series 2013 general obligation school and public improvement bonds, said a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aaa) were sold competitively, but the issuer did not respond to requests for the winning bidder Tuesday.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2034 with 3% to 5% coupons and 0.26% to 3.97% yields.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements within the county as well as to finance school projects and retire existing notes.
