Standard & Poor's said it raised its underlying rating to AA- from A+ on Brazos River Authority, Texas' $56.1 million of water supply revenue and refunding bonds and about $15.3 million of contract revenue bonds.

The contract revenue bonds were issued for the Williamson County regional raw waterline project.

The outlook is stable.
