Williams Scotsman to repay $494 million debt under ABL credit facility

Los Angeles, Sept. 11 – WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. indirect subsidiary Williams Scotsman, Inc. plans to repay about $494 million of outstanding debt under its existing ABL credit facility using proceeds from an offering of new notes, according to a press release.

Williams Scotsman announced it plans to issue $500 million of senior secured notes due 2031.

WillScot is a Phoenix-based modular space and portable storage company.
