Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line offering $175 million 10-year notes via Banc of America Securities

St. Louis, April 5 - Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corp., a subsidiary of The Williams Cos. Inc., plans to price a $175 million offering of 10-year senior notes on Thursday afternoon, according to an informed source.

An investor call is scheduled to take place at 11 a.m. ET Thursday.

Banc of America Securities LLC and The Royal Bank of Scotland are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A with registration rights offering. JP Morgan, Lehman Brothers and Scotia Capital are the co-managers.

The notes will be non-callable.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the funding of capital expenditures.

The prospective issuer has headquarters in Tulsa, Okla.
