Williams Cos. intends to price senior notes via five bookrunners

Chicago, May 12 – The Williams Cos. Inc. is planning an offering of senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will have a make-whole call and a par call.

The bookrunners are J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC.

Proceeds will be used to repay the company’s $600 million 4.125% senior notes due 2020 and for general corporate purposes.

Tulsa, Okla.-based Williams finds, produces, gathers, processes and transports natural gas.
