New Jersey Educational Facilities to price $53.81 million William Paterson University bonds

New York, Oct. 15 - The New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority is set to price $53,805,000 of series 2012 revenue and refunding bonds on Thursday for William Paterson University, according to a preliminary official statement.

The deal includes $34,795,000 of series 2012C revenue bonds and $19.01 million of series 2012D revenue refunding bonds.

The bonds (A1//AA-) will be sold competitively with Phoenix Advisors LLC as the financial adviser.

The 2012C bonds are due 2013 to 2042 and the 2012D bonds are due 2013 to 2028.

Proceeds will be used to refund the university's series 2002E and 2004A revenue bonds, as well as to make capital improvements to university facilities.
