William Blair announces addition of Ohio municipal banking team

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 17 – William Blair & Co., LLC expanded its public finance investment banking business by hiring an Ohio municipal banking team, according to a Wednesday press release.

The Ohio team is headed by Andrew Brossart, managing director.

Brossart, vice president Heather Arling and analyst Laura Hennessey will work from Cincinnati.

David Tiggett joins as a director and will work from the firm’s Columbus office.

The team will focus on providing financing solutions to state and local municipal issuers in Ohio.

In addition to the Ohio team, the firm recently added three vice presidents: John Healey in Hartford, Conn., Justin Rodriguez in San Antonio and Liberty Ziegahn in Chicago.

Based in Chicago, William Blair is a global investment banking and asset management firm.
