New Issue: Will County Forest Preserve, Ill., prices $65.81 million G.O. bonds

New York, Feb. 15 - The Will County Forest Preserve District of Illinois sold $65,805,000 of series 2012 unlimited tax general obligation refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/AA+/) were sold through Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2024 with 3% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to advance refund existing debt.
