New Issue: New York Cultural Resources Trust prices $79.18 million Wildlife Conservation bonds

New York, March 1 - The Trust for Cultural Resources of the City of New York priced $79.18 million of series 2013A revenue bonds for the Wildlife Conservation Society, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) were sold through Goldman Sachs & Co.

The bonds are due 2023 to 2028 with term bonds due in 2032, 2033 and 2042. The serial bonds have 5% coupons. The 2032 bonds have a 3.25% coupon priced at 98.25, and the 2033 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 118.713. The 2042 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 115.318.

Proceeds will be used to construct, equip, furnish and acquire Wildlife Conservation Society facilities at the Bronx Zoo and at the New York Aquarium.
