WII Components plans new credit facility, subordinated note offering

New York, June 24 - WII Components, Inc. said it is planning an offering of subordinated notes and a new senior secured credit facility.

Proceeds will be used to fund a tender offer and consent solicitation for its $105.85 million of 10% senior notes due 2012.

The consent deadline in the offer is 5 p.m. ET on July 7 and the expiration is 11:59 p.m. ET on July 22.

No further details on the new financing were available at press time.

WII Components is a St. Cloud, Minn., manufacturer of hardwood cabinet doors, hardwood components and engineered wood products.
