WII Components buys back $11.5 million in 10% senior notes

Knoxville, Tenn., March 28 - WII Components, Inc. bought back $11.5 million of its 10% senior notes, according to a 10-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were bought at a discount, which resulted in a gain of about $1.7 million.

The company used available cash and borrowings under its revolving facility to buy back the notes.

WII Components makes hardwood cabinet doors, hardwood components and wood products and is based in St. Cloud, Minn.
