Wienerberger to price €300 million five-year bullet on Thursday; initial talk 3 3/8% area

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., May 28 – Wienerberger AG plans to price a minimum of $300 million of five-year senior notes (expected Ba1) on Thursday, according to a market source.

Initial price talk has the notes coming to yield in the 3 3/8% area.

Joint bookrunner Raiffeisen Bank International will bill and deliver for the Regulation S offering. BNP Paribas and UniCredit are also joint bookrunners.

The notes feature a make-whole call until three months prior to maturity, then become callable at par. They are otherwise non-callable.

The Vienna-based building products company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
