Wichita, Kan., to sell $75 million bonds for Via Christi on Wednesday

New York, Sept. 10 - The city of Wichita in Kansas plans to price $75 million in series 2009 III-A hospital facilities refunding and improvement revenue bonds on Wednesday, according to a sales calendar. The bonds will be sold for Via Christi Health System Inc.

The bonds (/A+/A+) will be sold through lead managers Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.

Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance improvements to hospital facilities operated by the health system.
