Fundvantage Trust reports adviser name and management team changes

San Diego, Feb. 22 - Fundvantage Trust announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has altered the portfolio management team to its WHV Emerging Markets Equity Fund.

Effective Jan. 1, the team consists of Reiner M. Triltsch, Eswar C. Menon and Adam J. Kuhlmann.

Derrick D. Tzau is no longer a portfolio manager of the fund.

The filing also stated that San Francisco-based Wentworth, Hauser and Violich, Inc., the investment adviser to the WHV Emerging Markets Equity Fund as well as the WHV International Equity Fund has changed its name to WHV Investment Management, Inc. The name change was effective Jan. 30.
