New Hope Cultural Education Facilities, Texas, to sell $212 million bonds for WholeLife

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 20 – New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp., Texas, will issue $212 million of tax-exempt bonds for WholeLife Cos., Inc., according to a WholeLife news release.

WholeLife received certificates of reservations for the financing from the Texas Bond Review Board on Monday.

The financing will provide capital for the eligible costs of the acquisition, construction, installation and equipping of three WholeLife communities in Texas.

The issuer is based in New Hope, Texas. WholeLife is an Oklahoma City-based developer of luxury rental living communities.
