WholeLife gets OK from Bexar County for $55 million tax-exempt bond

Madison, Wis., Oct. 16 - WholeLife Cos. received unanimous approval from the Bexar County Commission of Texas at a meeting on Tuesday for a $55 million tax-exempt bond, according to a WholeLife press release.

The $55 million bond will be used to finance the acquisition, construction, installation and equipping of a WholeLife Traditions active adult living community in Cibolo Canyon to be owned by a 501(c)3 organization, Samarian Housing.

WholeLife is a San Antonio-based developer of luxury rental living communities.
