Morgan Stanley calls $196,000 of 10.25% RevCons tied to Whole Foods

Madison, Wis., May 27 - Morgan Stanley gave notice that it will redeem its $196,000 of 10.25% autocallable reverse convertible securities due Feb. 28, 2012 linked to Whole Foods Market, Inc. shares.

The notes (Cusip: 617482RF3) will be redeemed on May 31 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the redemption agent.
