Kingston buys more shares of Whitney Information Network

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 14 - Whitney Information Network Inc. investors led by Kingston Capital Partners LLC bought 26,450 shares of the company's stock between Nov. 30, 2007 and Jan. 10, 2008.

The shares were priced from $2.26 to $2.90 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 421,700 shares, or 3.6%, of the Cape Coral, Fla., postsecondary educational and training course provider's outstanding stock.
