New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.94 million accelerated return securities on stock basket

Olympia, Wash., May 22 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.94 million of accelerated return equity securities due Nov. 21, 2019 linked to an equally weighted basket of five financial stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the common stocks of Continental Resources, Inc., Devon Energy Corp., Marathon Petroleum Corp., Pioneer Natural Resources Co. and Whiting Petroleum Corp.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the basket return, subject to a maximum return of 39.4%.

Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the basket from its initial level.
