Whiting, Ind., plans $120 million of BP Products revenue bond offering

New York, April 28 – The City of Whiting, Ind., is expected to come to market with $120 million of series 2016A environmental facilities revenue bonds for BP Products North America Inc., said a preliminary official statement.

The bonds, due March 1, 2046, will be sold through BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements to the sewer system at the company’s Whiting plant.
