Whiting, Ind., prepares $144.45 million BP Products revenue bond sale

New York, Oct. 30 – The City of Whiting, Ind., plans to price $144.45 million of series 2015 environmental facilities revenue bonds for BP Products North America Inc. during the week of Nov. 2, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be sold through Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch.

The bonds are due Nov. 1, 2045.

Proceeds will be used to finance a sewage control project at the corporation’s Whiting plant.
