Whiting, Ind., plans $300 million revenue bond sale for BP Products

New York, Nov. 25 – The City of Whiting, Ind., is expected to price $300 million of series 2014 environmental facilities revenue bonds for BP Products North America Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.

The Sifma index bonds are due Dec. 1, 2044.

The bonds will be sold through underwriter Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

Proceeds will be used to finance the construction of an industrial sewage facility to control and handle waste at BP’s Whiting, Ind., facility.
