New Issue: China's Wheelock sells $500 million 3% five-year notes at 225 bps over Treasuries

Atlanta, March 11 - China's Wheelock & Co. priced a $500 million issue of 3% five-year notes at 99.371 to yield 3.137%, or Treasuries plus 225 basis points, a market source said.
The notes priced at the tight end of talk, set at Treasuries plus 225 basis points to 230 bps.
DBS, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners for the deal.
Wheelock is a Hong Kong-based financial real estate company.
