New Issue: Thailand’s WHA issues 3 billion baht three-, five-year debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., May 1 – WHA Corp. PCL said it issued 3 billion baht of debentures in two tranches on April 27.

The company sold 1.9 billion baht of 2.39% three-year tranche 1 debentures and 1.1 billion baht of 2.87% five-year tranche 2 debentures. Both tranches were priced at par.

Siam Commercial Bank PCL and Kasikorn Bank PCL were the underwriters.

Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 7 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2016 and another 5 billion baht at the annual general meeting for 2017. Not including the current issuance, the company has issued 5.16 billion baht of debentures in eight tranches.

The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
