New Issue: Thailand’s WHA issues 2.6 billion baht 3½% three-year debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., May 2 – WHA Corp. PCL said it issued 2.6 billion baht of 3½% three-year debentures at par on Friday.

Siam Commercial Bank PCL and Kasikorn Bank PCL are the underwriters.

Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 7 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2016. Not including the current tranche, the company has issued 2.46 billion baht of debentures in six tranches.

The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
