Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 16 – WHA Corp. PCL said it issued 1.5 billion baht of 4% five-year debentures at par on Friday.
Siam Commercial Bank PCL and Asia Plus Securities Co. Ltd. are the underwriters.
Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 7 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2016. Not including the current tranche, the company has issued 960 million baht of debentures in five tranches.
The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
