Morgantown, W.Va., June 21 – WHA Corp. PCL said it issued 280 million baht of 3.85% debentures on Tuesday.
The three-year debentures were priced at par.
Siam Commercial Bank PCL is the underwriter.
Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 7 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2016. Not including the current tranche, the company has issued 380 million baht of debentures in three tranches.
The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
