New Issue: Thailand’s WHA issues 190 million baht of 3.85% three-year debentures

Chicago, June 16 – WHA Corp. PCL said it has issued 190 million baht of debentures on Thursday in two tranches of 100 million baht and 90 million baht.

The debentures priced at par.

Siam Commercial Bank PCL and United Overseas Bank (Thai) PCL were the underwriters.

Shareholders approved the issue of another 7 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2016, as previously announced.

The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
