Chicago, June 9 – WHA Corp. PCL said it issued 230 million baht of 3.85% three-year debentures on Thursday.
The debentures priced at par.
Siam Commercial Bank PCL and United Overseas Bank (Thai) PCL were the underwriters.
Shareholders approved the issue of another 7 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2016, as previously announced.
The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
