Morgantown, W.Va., April 29 – WHA Corp. PCL issued 3.5 billion baht of debentures in two series on Friday, according to notices.
The company priced 2.5 billion baht of three- and four-year bonds in one series and 1 billion baht of four-year debentures in the other. All of the bonds were priced at par.
The three-year bonds were priced with a fixed coupon of 3.85%, and the four-year bonds, from both series, were priced with a fixed coupon of 4.1%.
Siam Commercial Bank PCL is the underwriter for both issues.
Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 7 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2015. These are the seventh and eighth series under the approved debentures. The company had previously issued debentures totaling 3.4 billion baht.
The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
