New Issue: Thailand’s WHA issues 200 million baht 3.7% two-year debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 12 – WHA Corp. PCL said it issued 200 million baht of 3.7% debentures on Thursday.

The two-year debentures were priced at par.

Siam Commercial Bank PCL was the arranger.

Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 7 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2015. This is the fifth tranche under the approved debentures. The company issued 400 million baht of debentures in July, 2.35 billion baht of debentures in two tranches in September and 250 million baht in October, as reported.

The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
