New Issue: Thailand’s WHA issues 350 million baht 3.7% debentures due 2017

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 11 – WHA Corp. PCL said it issued 350 million baht of 3.7% debentures on Friday.

The two-year debentures were priced at par.

Siam Commercial Bank PCL and United Overseas Bank (Thai) PCL are the underwriters.

Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 7 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2015. This is the third tranche under the approved debentures. The company issued 400 million baht of 3.95% debentures in July and 2 billion baht of 4.15% debentures earlier this week, as reported.

The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
